Zucchini Wrap Bread 

1 big egg or ( 2 organic bum nuts)
1 zucchinni grated and excess moisture taken out in paper towel or cloth
1/2 cup Parmesan (Italian mrs so it's a must)
1/4 breadcrumbs or almond meal
Garlic as an option or garlic powder

Remove moisture
Mix together
Put into squares in parchment/baking paper
Bake in oven on 180
Peel off paper and store in airtight container

Use as wraps for salad sanga
Or as taco shells - meat and salad or beans and salsa!

So good!
