Choco WOW Bars
Truth is when they tell me things are gluten free, fat free, dairy free and vegan.. well I wonder how tasty is tasty it can really be!
Well OMFG! Try these! They are tastier than you believe possible, go on, dare ya!
1/3 cup almonds (unsalted)
2/3 cup cashews (unsalted)
1/3 cup walnuts
3 decent tbs unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbs raisins
1. Heat up the dates in the microwave (or oven) for 30 seconds so they become soft and easier to mould and blend
2. Blend all ingredients together in a food processor until rough paste is happening
3. Press mixture firmly into a tray lines with baking paper to prevent sticking
4. Cool in the fridge for a few hours
5. When cooled, remove from tray and cut into bar shapes
